Setup and Delivery

Our streamlined setup process makes it easy for you to get your events running, allowing you to focus on your guests. 3-4 hours before your event starts, Event Gear Pros technicians arrive onsite to lay out the dance floor and completely test the functionality.

Requirements

The LED dance floor requires 2 power outlets on individual circuits.

The circuits must be free of appliances, microwaves. speakers, or anything that could spike the power.

The floor needs to be flat and clean of any dirt or debris upon our arrival.

The LED dance floor is designed for indoor operation only.

Size

Our LED Dance Floor has a maximum configuration of 20' x 20'

You may also configure the dance floor into the following increments:

4' x 4' - 4 Tiles - Actual dimensions: 51.25" x 51.25"

7.5' x 7.5' - 16 Tiles - Actual dimensions: 90.5" x 90.5"

10' x 10' - 36 Tiles - Actual dimensions: 129.75" x 129.75"

14' x 14' - 64 Tiles - Actual dimensions: 169" x 169"

17' x 17' - 100 Tiles - Actual dimensions: 207" x 207"

20' x 20' - 144 Tiles - Actual dimensions 247.5" x 247.5"

Operation

Event Gear Pros LED Dance Floor packages include operators that are well experienced in creating an immersive experience for your event.

We will match your desired color palettes and control the dance floor in sync with the beat of the music.

Clean Up and Pack Up

After your event, our staff will arrive to clean and pack-up the dance floor. This process takes about 2hrs in total.
